Our Specialty
Our clients vary from those with no taxable estates to those having assets in excess of $20 million. A number of our clients have substantial land holdings, such as on Martha’s Vineyard, and we have been able to help them transfer such holdings to children and grandchildren with the use of LLCs. Arthur Bowen is a trustee of trusts having aggregate assets in excess of $30 million, an officer of personal holding companies and a director of a number of charitable institutions and family foundations.
